Work we perform is accomplished in environments that are often harsh and dangerous. Proper safety training, procedures and oversight are critical. Risk management policies and requirements dictate that safety can never be compromised. Maintaining an acceptable Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is not only necessary to qualify for work, it also contributes to an improved ability to compete by keeping insurance costs as low as possible.

Dilling Group has a full-time staff of safety professionals committed to keeping our employees as well as others exposed in work sites safe and injury free. Employees are 100% drug tested. Safety audits are routine, as are weekly safety meetings for all personnel working in the field. All workers are required to complete OSHA-10-Hour training and the majority of workers have completed OSHA-30-Hour training.
